Membership Terms and Conditions

Instructor Social Media Hub – Membership Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Instructor Social Media Hub Membership ("the Membership").

Please read the following carefully. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms, which form a legally binding agreement between us.

This agreement is made between Paul Glover, trading as Instructor Social Media, of 15 Handley Way, Sunderland, SR2 0SZ ("we", "us", "our"),

and you ("the Member"). These terms are designed to keep everything clear, respectful, and productive – so we can both get the most from working together.

1. Payment Plan Agreement

Monthly Memberships: By signing up, you agree to pay a monthly fee as stated at the time of purchase. Payments will continue monthly until you cancel.

Your access to the Hub and its resources remains active while your membership is up to date.

Cancelling Your Membership: To cancel, email us at [email protected] at least 2 days before your next billing date.

Monthly cancellations will end access at the end of that billing period – no partial refunds.

2. Membership Access and Conduct

- You must be 18 or over to become a member.

- Your login details are for you only – don’t share your account or let others use it.

- You’re responsible for any activity under your account, so keep your login details safe.

If your membership payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is received.

3. Site Availability

The Hub is usually available 24/7, but sometimes we may need to pause things for maintenance or improvements. We’ll always aim to keep disruptions to a minimum.

We regularly update the content to keep things fresh, but can’t guarantee any specific videos or templates will remain available permanently.

4. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by us or the original creators. You get a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use it for your own personal or business development.

You must not:

- Redistribute, resell or share the content.

- Claim the content as your own.

- Upload our resources elsewhere.

You can:

- Use the strategies and knowledge in your own business.

- Download templates for your own use.

If you love the content, invite other instructors to join – don’t copy and paste it around!

5. Fair Use Policy

Downloading everything in one go or trying to “mass grab” the content is a no-go. Our fair use policy expects you to engage with the content reasonably and as intended – to learn and grow, not hoard.

6. Respectful Use & Community Standards

By joining, you agree not to:

- Post anything offensive, abusive, or misleading.

- Spam other members or promote your own products/services without permission.

- Upload content that breaches copyright or privacy laws.

- Mess with the website or platform in any sneaky technical ways.

We want this to be a positive, encouraging space – treat others how you’d want to be treated.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with UK data protection laws. Your data will only be used to manage your membership and provide relevant updates or offers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership if you breach these terms or act in a way that affects the Hub or its members negatively.

9. Liability

We aim to provide high-quality content, but we can’t guarantee results. You’re responsible for how you use the advice and tools provided.

We’re not liable for:

- Loss of earnings, clients, or opportunities.

- Technical issues or interruptions.

- Content provided by third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms now and then. If we do, we’ll let you know in advance. If you’re not happy with the changes, you’ll have the option to cancel with a pro-rata refund (for yearly members only).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in those courts.
